Waterloo, UK’s largest Departures Board (120m2 ) showing the real journeys of those abused, tortured and imprisoned for simply expressing their views. Commuters were invited to join a petition and share these horrific stories. Thousands did. Within hours, 41,875 people pledged their support, putting pressure on governments to help. A bespoke typeface was also created/re-cut to imitate the departure board font.
